I AM A DISABLE VIETNAM VETERAN. I AM RAISING TWO DAUGHTERS ON MY OWN. THERE MOTHER LEFT THE FAMILY A FEW YEARS AGO. I CAN'T WORK BECAUSE OF MY HEALTH PROBLEMS. I WANT TO PAY OFF MY CREDIT CARDS BILLS AND MEDICLE BILLS. I OWE ABOUT $7,500.00 AND MY OLDEST DAUGHTER WANTS TO GET MARRIED THIS AUGUST 08. BUT I CAN NOT PAY FOR THE WEDDING. THE OTHER DAUGHER IS TRYING TO ATTEND A 2 YEAR COLLEGE BUT I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR HER TO FINISH. SHE WORKS BUT DOES NOT MAKE ENOUGH.
